This year, the Transman Foundation is organising two fun weekends for trans men and their partners!

April – Stroe, Gelderland

Our first weekend will take place in April, at a beautiful location on the edge of the Veluwe nature reserve. We will stay in a charming accommodation with space for 40 people, divided over 6 log cabins on a private piece of forest. You can register for this weekend now!

August – Camping weekend in Ommen

From Friday 29 August to Sunday 31 August we will be heading out for a wonderful camping weekend in Ommen! The perfect opportunity to enjoy nature, being together and nice conversations together. The registration form for this weekend will follow later this year.

15th anniversary

Stichting Transman exists for 15 years, and we celebrate that with a festive drink in Rotterdam! More details you will find in the announcement.

Who is the weekend for?

The Trans Men Weekend is especially for everyone aged 18 and over who is in the trans male spectrum, including non-binary people. Whether you are in a social and/or medical transition, are still orienting yourself or do not want or cannot take medical steps, you are more than welcome! Partners are also invited to join.

• Friday 25 April to Sunday 27 April
• Stroe, Gelderland – on the edge of the Veluwe

What are we going to do?

In addition to the nice get-together, we have another fantastic programme in store for you with all kinds of educational workshops and fun outings. Here is a sneak peek:

• Workshop for veterans, by Martijn

Facilities

• You sleep in one of the five log cabins or in a sleeping building with 24 beds.
• There is a separate room to eat together and to relax.
• Outside you can enjoy a playing field, campfire place and the beautiful nature.

Accessibility

The group room and the large dormitory are wheelchair accessible, with accessible sanitary facilities. The log cabins are not wheelchair accessible.

Dutch Sign Language interpreters are present throughout the weekend, from breakfast until 22:00.

• Donors: €135
• Non-donors: €155
• Become a donor for only €17.50 per year and benefit from the discount immediately!
